My name is Alexandre Canuel — entrepreneur and epicurean at heart.

After more than 15 years in business, hospitality, customer service, and marketing, I wanted to create a project that truly reflected who I am: authentic, colorful, bold… with a touch of humor.
That’s how B-FAST was born.
To me, coffee should bring a smile — a moment of appreciation.

With B-FAST, I wanted to bring a new dose of energy, pleasure, and lightness to your mornings and coffee breaks.
