Refund policy

Overview

At B-FAST Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee beans.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any coffee purchases once they have been shipped, except where required by law.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bfastcoffee.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

We will cover the cost of return shipping (if applicable) and gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.


Refunds

Refunds are available only if:

  • Items are damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect products are received

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


No Returns on Coffee Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any coffee products—even if unopened.
Coffee is a perishable good and cannot be resold or restocked once it leaves our facility.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, B-FAST Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly.


Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications, as your order may already be processing.


Legal Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada and Québec.
