🛍️ Orders & Shipping
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We prepare and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Ground coffees ordered before Monday 12 PM (ET) are roasted and shipped within the same week to ensure maximum freshness.
Q: What are the shipping options and costs?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions (check the banner at the top of our site).
Q: Where is my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. You can follow your package in real time.

🔁 Subscriptions
Q: How do coffee subscriptions work?
A: Choose your frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), size, and grind. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime before your next renewal date directly from your customer account.
Q: Do discounts apply to subscriptions?
A: Yes, recurring discounts may apply to subscriptions. However, one-time promo codes might not be stackable.

☕ Format & Storage
Q: What size are your coffee bags?
A: All our coffees come in 300 g bags — perfect for about 15 to 20 cups, depending on your brew method.
Q: Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee?
A: Both! All our coffees are available as whole bean or ground. Ground coffees must be ordered before Monday noon to be roasted and shipped within the same week — ensuring optimal freshness.
Q: How should I store my coffee?
A: Keep it in its resealable bag at room temperature, away from light, heat, and humidity. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer — temperature changes can affect flavor and aroma.
Q: How long does coffee stay fresh?
A: Our coffees retain their best aroma and flavor for up to 3 months after roasting. For the best sensory experience, enjoy within 30 days after opening.

🔬 Coffee & Grind
Q: Which grind should I choose?
A:
Espresso: very fine grind (18 g yields about 36 g in 25–30 seconds)
Drip or filter: medium grind
French press: coarse grind
If you’re not sure, we recommend ordering whole beans and grinding at home.
Q: How fresh is your coffee?
A: Our coffees are always freshly roasted. Ground coffees ordered before Monday noon are prepared and shipped the same week for peak freshness.

💬 Returns & Quality
Q: Something wrong with my order or coffee?
A: Email us at info@bfastcafe.ca with your order number and details (photos or short videos help). We’ll quickly find a solution.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For food safety reasons, opened coffee bags can’t be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days — see our Refund Policy for details.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the digital wallets shown at checkout.
Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes. Our store uses industry-standard encryption, and we never store credit card information.
